HOW IT WORKS

  • We start with a 30 minute free deep dive into you, your life, your experience, how you process

  • I then build your 3 month action plan

  • You will receive weekly bespoke strategy videos

  • We will have weekly check-ins

  • You will have your own goals and habits tracker

  • You will learn and reflect with monthly deep dive hour long workshops and workbooks

  • You will have clarity with a hormonal balance tutorial and supplement suggestions

It’s an all-in-one space to take your personal development to the next level. Here’s what traditional therapy sessions can’t offer you:

A Holistic Approach to Your Well-being

Traditional therapy often means dedicating just one session a week to focus on yourself. While valuable, this limited time is usually spent addressing immediate challenges—leaving little room to explore deeper factors like how your body, hormones, and mental load impact your well-being. And most importantly, what to do about it.

Without space to address these key areas, progress can feel stagnant. Lasting change requires more than just talking—it requires understanding the powerful connection between your mind and body and strategies to constantly improve from where you’re at. After all, it’s now widely recognised that “the body keeps the score.” When you integrate both mental and physical well-being, you create a foundation for real, sustainable transformation.

Personalised Nutrition for Your Mind & Body

I collaborate with a team of nutritionists to curate a library of recipes designed to support your gut health, hormonal balance, and overall well-being—without fad diets or restrictions. Every recipe is chosen with your preferences in mind, ensuring that eating well feels enjoyable and sustainable.

If something doesn’t suit your taste, no problem! Just send me a message, and I’ll find alternatives that better fit your needs. Each recipe is tailored specifically to your body, providing the nourishment your body needs to thrive and feel safe.

Tailored Fitness Support, Wherever You Are

I also work with a team of personal trainers who will design a workout plan tailored to your goals, experience level, and training location—whether that’s at home or in the gym, we’ve got you covered.

If you’re new to working out, don’t worry! Each workout includes video demonstrations to help you perfect your form, and I’ll be here to support you in building confidence every step of the way. You’re never alone in this journey—we’ll make sure your fitness routine feels achievable, empowering, and aligned with your lifestyle. The aim of this is to reconnect you to your body as a form of deep healing.

Ongoing Support & Connection

Think of me as your therapist in your pocket—here to support, guide, and answer your questions Monday to Friday. Whether you need advice, reassurance, or just want to share your new set of nails, I’m here for it!

The more we chat, the deeper your healing. If you have a thousand questions, I have a thousand answers. I’ll be checking in with messages, voice notes, and personalised tips to ensure you have everything you need to grow, heal, and thrive—every step of the way.

Tracking Your Progress

Each week, we’ll have a check-in via the app to ensure you feel fully supported and stay on track. I want to hear everything—the wins, the struggles, and everything in between. These check-ins help me tailor my support to you, ensuring you get the best guidance and a personalised plan of action.

Within the app, you’ll be able to monitor your progress, track your goals, build positive habits, set reminders, and journal your thoughts. Plus, I can add tasks, goals, or new habits for you—keeping your journey structured, intentional, and fully aligned with your growth.

£100 per month (that's £3.25 a day!)

  • Weekly Check-ins: We’ll assess your progress and keep you on track with your goals.

  • Habit & Goal Building: Step-by-step guidance to help you create sustainable, positive changes.

  • Chat & Voice Notes: Message or voice note me anytime during the week for ongoing support and feedback.

  • Personalised 3-Month Action Plan: Tailored strategies to improve your mindset, boost confidence, rewire negative thought patterns, and ease anxiety.

  • Video Lessons: Learn mental health techniques to ground your nervous system, improve self-esteem, and reframe limiting beliefs.

  • Monthly Workshops: Join interactive workshops (about an hour long) with detailed workbooks to deepen your learning.

 

Plus, because I believe in a holistic approach and know the power that movement and nutrition have on your mental health, you will also receive:

  • Tailored workouts: an in-app personalised workout plan created by a team of personal trainers in London, who will help you feel more confident in your body and encourage the mind-body connection. This is like your own PT in your pocket.

  • Nutritional suggestions: personalised nutrition plans will be sent to you on request that will help with the mental workload of meal prep. The app has a built-in shopping list that will create your food shop (and in the quantities you need!) This takes all the overwhelm out of eating to nourish your body and mind. These suggestions will be tailored to you by a team of nutritionists in London that work alongside the PTs.
